Return Process

  Log into your Yoho Lifestyle account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose your preferred pickup time via our courier portal or drop off your package at any authorized shipping partner location using the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
